Mission Opportunities

Samaritan House - This local organization created by the Cedartown Ministerial Association provides food and financial assistance to members in our community who are in need. Volunteers can sign-up through our church for morning shifts during the last week of each month (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). Financial donations may also be made through the church or directly to the Samaritan House.

Our House- A local crisis prevention center that provides shelter and support  to women and children who have suffered from domestic violence.
Financial donations may be made through the church or directly to Our House.


Regular Offerings

P.A.T.H.  (Presbyterian Answer To Hunger) - Received during worship during the first Sunday of every month.

Campus Ministry at Berry College -  Received during worship during the third Sunday of every month.

Special Offereings


One Great Hour of Sharing - An interdenominational offering that supports individuals and communities around the world who suffer the effects of disaster, conflict, or severe economic hardship. The offering is received during worship on Palm Sunday

Mother's Day Offering - Supports Presbyterian Homes of Georgia. The offering is received during worship on Mother's Day

Thornwell Offering - Supports the Thornwell Home for Children. The offering is received during worship on the  Sunday before Thanksgiving

Chirstmas Joy Offering - Equally supports the Assistance Program of the Board of Pensions (which provides critical assistance to church workers and their families) as well as Presbyterian-affiliated racial ethnic schools and colleges. The offering is traditionally received during worship on the Sunday after Christmas.
